- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds are available only for items that are:

2. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by delivery.
- Items returned after the 3-day period.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued in cash upon successful return of the item to our delivery agent.
- As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system, no refunds will be processed through bank transfers, credit cards, or other digital payment methods.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be provided as per the refund process.
